In this study, we developed a novel neutralization assay for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) that enables rapid and cost-effective measurement of neutralizing antibodies. By using recombinant RSV expressing a fluorescent reporter protein and culturing in white 96-well plates for three days, we achieved highly sensitive and stable fluorescent signals. This method demonstrated comparable antibody titer detection performance to conventional luciferase- and ELISA-based assays, making it suitable for high-throughput screening, surveillance, and antiviral drug evaluation.
