Purpose of the Event:
The fight against viral infectious diseases is inevitable for the survival of humankind. To prevail in this struggle, it is essential to fully elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms of a wide variety of viral infections and to rapidly develop vaccines and therapeutics.
In this lecture, we invite three leading researchers in the field of infections caused by morbilliviruses, hepatitis B virus, and respiratory syncytial virus to present their latest findings. Our aim is to deepen discussions on the role the CBI Society should play in the fight against viral infectious diseases.
